21st Transmission [Video/Written/Action] (Forward Dated to March 17)

[Well it's about that time of year, when the weather begins to shift and it's beginning to get to the point where cultivating and preparing to for planting season is becoming a necessity. And to get all this started, Luke needs your help. He opens up the journal and smiles at the camera.]

Good afternoon Luceti,

For those of you that don't know me, my name is Luke Skywalker. For the last couple of years I've been tending to some of the farmlands outside the village, trying to build up emergency stores as well as bringing a bit of self-sufficiency to the enclosure. And as some of you may know, within the last year both Nami and Applejack have both departed, leaving the orchards near the farmland untended. I've been tending to them as best I can, but the vast majority of the help I had with the work has also returned home.

In the interest of better utilizing the space I'd like to request the help of anyone willing to volunteer their time with a bit of manual labor. I'm afraid it's simply not going to be possible to manage it all by myself, and any help would be greatly appreciated. It's beginning to near the planting season, after all. I'm happy to offer whatever services I can provide in exchange.

[There's a pause, and he seems to look somewhere off camera.]

On a related note, if there's anyone who knows anything about building irrigation systems, I'd appreciate any advice.

Loki, I know this is much less interesting than musical theater and cookies, but I was hoping I could get your help with a bit of magical work on the farm.

Law, I figure we should probably revisit some of those supply caches and check on them. Possibly restock and take care of a few other things down that vein.

Was she thinking of taking something like that on as a project? Or do you know someone else who would? Getting down the history of Luceti will be a big job. [One the three of them wouldn't have time for, involved as they are in other things.]

[It's a project Ginia would be all over, but time is precious and she's busy enough as is. Still, it's nice to know there's already one interested party.]

She would be a good person for the task, though having a few others wouldn't be a bad idea. Editing, making sure information is accurate, taking over if someone is busy.

[Luke shakes his head.]

Honestly, I don't think she was. She's a politician, not a historian, and what she was talking about was more personal memoirs than anything like that. I know she'd be happy to help with it, but I'm not sure she'd be able to spearhead it.

[Certainly not in her condition, either.]

It sounds like the sort of thing Raine or Helios might be suited for, though.

Or Miss Ikki if she were old enough.

I know Miss Raine would contribute... but with the school and the flower shop, I doubt she'd want to spearhead it either unless she had significant help. [She's really busy too.] Maybe Mister Helios...

Or Albert Silverberg. He might be the one for it.

[Aside from the teashop, Law doesn't think he's up to much. And besides... he's the only person remaining from the beginning. If this was done, they'd want him helping regardless.]

Perhaps approach Albert and Helios as people to spearhead the project, Raine as someone to contribute when possible, and then any additional volunteers?

I don't believe I've ever spoken to Albert. But Helios I can talk to, certainly.

I've spoken to Mister Albert, but hmmm...

[Albert had shown up at Law's wedding but they spent more time watching each other than really talking altogether. Like two cats in one room trying to figure out what the other would do. Nothing hostile... simply intrigued.]

... I'll run it by him. See if it interests him.

I'll leave talking to people to you two then, both of you do know them and the general village better than I do.

[Luke gives her a look and a half smile, oddly reminded of someone back home.]

[Law's got a mouthful of onigiri to get through at this particular moment... so it's going to be a nod and a hum.]

[No promises though. Albert was Albert.]

[Ugh, ma'am. Not a soldier, not an officer, so the word just makes her feel old. Ginia finishes off her tuna onigiri and helps herself to an unagi onigiri next.]

These are good. Did you make them?

[Luke silently smiles to himself as he eats. Ginia's barely older than he is, but if she knew him she'd know it's just his way.]

Yeah. [It's likely Law will polish off most of these - there's a lot and it's probable no one else brought a One Piece appetite.] Itachi and I really don't go out often, and between the two of us, I do a lot of the cooking.

... kinda a hobby of mine, I admit.

[To the point where he tends to steal more than his share of cook books from the library.]

Cooking is a good hobby to have. Mind if I get the recipe from you sometime? Been ages since I've had good onigiri.

[As the phone butchers 'onigiri' in its attempt to pronounce it. Oh well, it tried.]

[Luke finishes his own, using the food to stop him from laughing at the phone. Earthling technology...what a joke.]

[Stifling a snicker.]

[Ginia rolls her eyes. So her phone has her shortcomings. Either of you want to talk through a phone? Huh? Huh? Yeah, didn't think so.

[Well...she could always ask for help with that problem. Synthesizers aren't that hard to make. Hobbie totally got one after Yavin.]

Oh, you got to admit the way it botched onigiri was hilarious.

Not in the bathhouse itself. [There's no room and people would have stumbled upon it by now.] There's a cavern nearby where I've stowed things. It's just hidden from sight by the trees.

Either of you know well-explored the cave systems up in the mountains are?

[Luke nods.]

I've been in a few of them camping from time to time. I've got a couple of hideaways and such. But I don't know if they've officially been mapped.

The cave systems aren't. Don't think Miss Nami was much for spelunking [She had good reason not to be, not that Law knows.] But most of the entrances are.
