21st Transmission [Video/Written/Action] (Forward Dated to March 17)

[Well it's about that time of year, when the weather begins to shift and it's beginning to get to the point where cultivating and preparing to for planting season is becoming a necessity. And to get all this started, Luke needs your help. He opens up the journal and smiles at the camera.]

Good afternoon Luceti,

For those of you that don't know me, my name is Luke Skywalker. For the last couple of years I've been tending to some of the farmlands outside the village, trying to build up emergency stores as well as bringing a bit of self-sufficiency to the enclosure. And as some of you may know, within the last year both Nami and Applejack have both departed, leaving the orchards near the farmland untended. I've been tending to them as best I can, but the vast majority of the help I had with the work has also returned home.

In the interest of better utilizing the space I'd like to request the help of anyone willing to volunteer their time with a bit of manual labor. I'm afraid it's simply not going to be possible to manage it all by myself, and any help would be greatly appreciated. It's beginning to near the planting season, after all. I'm happy to offer whatever services I can provide in exchange.

[There's a pause, and he seems to look somewhere off camera.]

On a related note, if there's anyone who knows anything about building irrigation systems, I'd appreciate any advice.

Loki, I know this is much less interesting than musical theater and cookies, but I was hoping I could get your help with a bit of magical work on the farm.

Yeah. She helped out a bit last spring, which was really kind of her.

[He remembers her pretty well. Tall, white hair, dark skin. Friendly, too.]

Got 'ny of those benders helpin' out? They seem to have most natural areas covered. [The one water bender he had ran into in the club was nice enough, and control over the elements were a pretty handy thing to have on your side.]

Actually yeah, the trough for the irrigation system was made by Toph, an Earthbender. And Aang's coming around to help too.

[He's fond of the GAang, really. All of them are really good kids.]

Mostly just getting the ground ready for seeds and getting them in there.

[He gestures up to the barn.]

Have you ever done anything like that before?

Oui, a key part in bein' a thief be the active practice of horticulture. [Picking up his coat to carry over his shoulder, Remy kept a perfectly straight face.]

[Luke gives him a wry smile as he heads towards the barn.]

I'll give you the tutorial, then. It's simple enough.

Merci, professeur, what would I do without ya tutorin'? [Good thing Luke seemed use to Remy being a smart ass.]

Who knows? [He grinned. C'mon Remy, his brother-in-law is Han Solo, and his sister is Leia Organa Solo. Sarcasm? He gets that.]

End up throwin' them up in trees or the like. [Remy was sure it wasn't that hard, but then again, he was banned from Mattie's garden. Run through one patch of veggies as a teen kid and get branded for life.]
