Xemnas is easy to spot because of his big black coat. It's a trademark of the Organization. He's also got really long white hair and orange eyes.

Vanitas is a little bit trickier because he looks so much like one of the good guys, when he's not wearing his helmet. He spends a lot of time with this silver helmet on, but when you can see his face he's got black spiky hair and gold eyes. Those are the easiest ways to spot them.

Organization XIII. They're a group of Nobodies that were working together under Xemnas to create Kingdom Hearts.

Oh, speaking of. If you encounter anyone claiming to be members of the Galactic Empire or the Chiss Ascendancy, please keep your distance. While not necessarily evil, they are my enemies politically.

Some among the Empire would be open, yes. In particular, the higher military ranks who are proud of their positions. The Chiss are different entirely, as...they are blue skinned aliens with glowing red eyes. They look human save for that.
