[Never once has Lupin ever been able to fully relax. Even when he is relatively calm, his mind is awhirl with ideas, plans, and dreams. At his most relaxed, Lupin is in the middle of a heist going as planned.

He spent recent weeks looking for a birthday present for Luke, but it was hard picking out the proper gift for a Jedi Master. After much searching and deliberation, Lupin eventually settled on a collection of classic fairy tales, in the traditional style. The modernized 'Disney' versions were too sappy, too childish, and lost the original intent of the tales.

They were stories meant to frighten young children into good behavior, or guide young adults through life via parables and metaphor. It was a collection he thought Luke might appreciate.

However, Lupin can't top Luke's cake until he sees it00he would do so at a later date. For the moment, he wanders down to the grocery to pick up a gallon of vanilla ice cream. Cake needs ice cream, right? Not long after he arrives at Luke's door and actually knocks for once. Mindful of Luke's current difficulties, he didn't want to accidentally trigger the unknown.]
