The manner in which I use my so-called magics is perhaps different from what you have heard. Magic and science are, ultimately, one in the same. I am able to manipulate the energies. Mostly I do so within the realm of physics because it is... easier. But I have had call in the path to... temporarily break the rules. [He smiles crookedly.] Which is not something commonly done.

But from my viewpoint, it's most easily understood as... redefining things to suit my purposes. Because I've the necessary strength to do so.

I do not find these things all that dissimilar, really, but we shall see.
